This is great product for outreach. The Jr. Basic is a great demonstration of the solar/hydrogen process. The solar panels delivers current to the PEM electrolyser which splits water into hydrogen and oxygen. The gases are stored in the cylinders in the middle of the model. When you connect the fan, the hydrogen and oxygen are used in the fuel cell which provides the electricity for the fan. The system is mounted on an attractive black plastic base for a beautiful display. The Jr. Set also includes a decade resistor that allow for easy measurements The set comes in a sturdy plastic case with foam inserts to protect the product when transporting.
